You Are Uniquely Gifted to Serve!

Each of us has been spiritually gifted for ministry. Therefore we will develop and exercise these gifts to equip God’s people, build up his church, and transform our communities (Ephesians 4:12). Here at CRCF we believe God has given EVERYONE special gifts that you can use to serve, build up, and edify the church body.

Our community thrives through the dedication of our remarkable serve teams. These individuals selflessly invest their time, energy, and unique talents to ensure the church's continuous growth. Our heartfelt wish is that everyone who calls CRCF home would actively participate in at least one ministry area, deepening their connection with Jesus and fellow church members.

Below, you'll find detailed descriptions of the areas where you can serve. We invite you to prayerfully consider how God may be asking you to serve. Check out which area resonates with your interests and schedule, and let us know that you'd like to get involved by filling out a serve form. Your interests and strengths can play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our community life.

  • The CRCF Missions Committee exists to generate creativity and support the Missions Department in their efforts to secure, sustain, pray into, and financially partner with missions movements internationally. The overarching goal of the Missions Department is to support programs that invest in developing leaders, pastors and missionaries that are native to the land in which they work. We aim to have a Missions partner on every continent by 2023.

Our Missions program supports church members in discovering and developing their ministry passions. We seek to embody Christ’s love in our activities both at home and away and spread the Word of God wherever we are led.

Meetings take place on the 4th Tuesday of each month. During these meetings we will plan and pray for missions events at the church such as; Christmas Around The World, Missions Sundays and the yearly Propel Conference.

Committee members will also be asked to actively prioritize and participate on weekends when special events are launched. Members serve on the Missions Committee for a term of one year with the possibility of renewal after the term is complete.

Your job is to help anybody with getting plugged into any of our programs/events/volunteering opportunities and to help new people fill out Connect Cards. • Freedom Session is a 28-week-long healing and discipleship journey. Facilitators will be tasked to lead a group of 6-10 people through this journey which comes with a certain level of spiritual responsibility.

Facilitators are tasked to hold their groups up in prayer, establish a community of accountability where the group is comfortable holding each other to a set standard, and develop relationships outside of the ministry night.

To that end, facilitators work through the program alongside the group they lead which translates to about 1.5 hours a week of homework outside of the ministry night. Freedom Session takes place on Monday nights and goes from 6-9, the first hour of which is set aside for prayer and preparation.

Facilitators are asked to commit to the entire 28 weeks program.

Facilitators need to be able to value “listening” over "communicating” in the group discussion context. Facilitators also need to understand the balance of maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for the entire group.
