Giving To CRCF

Giving Opportunities

We give as an act of worship because Jesus first gave to us. Your generosity helps us continue our mission of seeing people transformed into fully devoted followers of Jesus. “On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money which is in keeping with your income...” 1 Cor. 16:12

Giving of our talents, energies, and finances are all important parts of our Christian life. At Cariboo Road Christian Fellowship we are deeply committed to strengthening and encouraging believers and we are passionately committed to reaching out to those who do not yet know Christ.

Here are 7 ways that you can give

We have recently added new online contributions to enable our members more flexibility and ease in giving. As technology has advanced, we now can give with greater security and confidence than ever before through this simple tool. When you give online, you would be taken to a secure site backed with SSL encryption so you can be assured that your data is safe when you make your online/mobile donation. We want to encourage you and your family to consider trying the online giving we have setup on our website.

Give Online to CRCF

Through this media you can give one time or setup recurring donations (direct debit from your bank or by using your credit card) as well. We believe you will find it to be a tool that will streamline your giving back to God and allow for simple tracking of all you have given throughout the year.

*Note: Phone number and email address are required or transaction cannot be processed. If your transaction is not going through, make sure all information requested is correct.

Text to Give

You may also Text to give to CRCF. You can type an amount, put a space and then select from the keywords: (General, Missions or Building) for example: 20 General and send to 604 757 4483. Then you will receive a link to create an account and continue giving.

Recurring credit card giving

Recurring gifts can be set up monthly on the 1st, 15th or 28th of a month using credit a card.

Give during Sunday worship

An offering is taken at each Sunday service where cash or cheques are accepted. All donations are receipted provided you provide us with your information. Please use the offering envelopes and clearly mark you are donating cash or a cheque with your name, address, and contact information.

For some, it may make sense to donate securities, shares, or investments that have appreciated in value rather than donating cash of an equivalent amount. In most cases, making this kind of donation to Cariboo Road Christian Fellowship eliminates any tax on capital gains. The tax savings can be even greater if you hold investments inside your own company. Should you want to donate an investment contact our Financial Comptroller, at

Our Giving Policy

Church Spending is confined to Board approved programs and projects. The Church’s Board approved Operating Budget is supported by tithes and offerings to the “General Fund”.  In addition, members are invited to support financially a number of approved missions, outreach projects and programs, by way of designated, directed or restricted gifts and offerings.

While the Church makes every effort to respect donor’s wishes, designated funds are received with the understanding that when the need of such designated project or program has been met or for any reason cannot be completed, then unless otherwise indicated by the donor, the Church will use the remaining designated funds where needed.
