Junior Accountant- Part Time 8 hours a week

This position will report to the Financial Controller and work as a member of the finance team. This role involves ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported on monthly basis, staff and vendors paid on time and donations are entered accurately.

CRCF is currently seeking a full time person with two portfolio's. We are seeking a Young Adults Director two days a week and a Digital Communications Director for 3 days a week. Please see attached job descriptions for each portfolio. Applications will be accepted up to May 15th.

This position oversees, but is not limited to…

Oversight of Life groups, bi weekly services for young adults, Young Adult Alpha, retreats, events, conferences and social activities

Responsibilities such as healthy communication with the Associate Pastor of Generational Ministries in regards to vision and the administration of Young Adults Ministry

Oversees the spiritual development of Young Adults through mentoring and discipleship

Develops a strong volunteer base for running programs

Develops, oversee, execute and evaluate bi-weekly services and events

Leads a weekly Life Group or Alpha group

Connects with Young Adults on Sundays

Communication is a crucial part of any modern organization and even more important for a church.  The Digital Communications Director is a key player in ensuring that the church is communicating to the right people, with the right platform, in the right way.

This position oversees, but is not limited to…

Oversight, selection, and posting of all the content in the digital communications in the church ensuring there is consistency in the content, relevance, and market appeal.  Content includes pictorial communication [i.e. sourcing photos for social media etc.] as a form of communication.

Digital communications covers, Social media Platforms external are specifically covered.

  2. YouTube Channel
  3. Facebook
  4. Instagram

Oversight and selection of the visual style and look of the digital communications across all platforms.  This will involve the preparation and approval of graphic templates to be used in all media.

Collection and reporting of data related to the readership, engagement, and success of the digital communications with specific metrics as well as anecdotal metrics.

Digital communications covers, Internal Digital Media of which the following are potentially covered.  This could potentially cover items such as E-connections, media slide prep [lobby, worship service], daily devotionals, and printed media.

Oversight and sourcing of photos, video, etc. that enhance the promotion of the church and/or are used for teaching materials.
